博士力士樂先導式變量葉片泵的安裝和連接尺寸符合:VDMA 24560第1部分和ISO 3019/2;適用于HETG和 HEES介質;標準的PV7系列的泵能以多種形式組合成多聯泵;PV7泵同樣能與內嚙合齒輪泵、外嚙合齒輪泵、軸向柱塞泵 和徑向柱塞泵組合。博士力士樂PV7系列先導式變量葉片泵的工作原理及功能如下:
博士力士樂PV7型液壓泵是變量葉片泵。主要由泵體(1)、轉子(2)、葉片(3)、定子環(4)、壓力控制器(5)和調節螺栓(6)組成。圓形的定子環(4)夾持在小調節活塞(10) 和大調節活塞(11)之間。此環的第三個接觸點是高度調節螺栓(7)。 被驅動的轉子(2)在定子環(4)內轉動。轉子槽內的葉片由于離心力的作用壓在定子環(4)上。
調節:在系統內建壓的同時,小調節活塞(10)的背面通過油道始終受系統壓力的作用。當泵排油時,大調節活塞(11)的背面通過控制閥芯(14)上的 孔和系統壓力相連。調節活塞(11)的大端面將定子環(4)壓在偏心位置。 泵在壓力低于由壓力控制器(5)所設定的零行程壓力時排油。控制閥芯(14)由彈簧(13)控制在一定的位置。

博士力士樂先導式變量葉片泵的吸油和排油過程:用來傳遞油液的腔(8)由葉片(3)、轉子(2)、定子環(4)和配油盤(9)形成。為了在投入使用時確保泵的運行功能,定子環(4)由大調節活塞 (11) 后面的彈簧(12)壓在其偏心位置 (排油位置)。當轉子(2)轉動時,油腔(8)的容積增大,并且通過吸油通道(S)吸油。當油腔(8)達到zui大容積時,它脫離吸油側。轉子(2)繼續轉動,此腔和壓油側接通,并使其容積減小,通過壓油通道(P)壓油到系統。
向下調節:如果液體壓力x面積的力 FP大于相對的 彈簧力 FF ,則控制閥芯(14)向彈簧(13)側移動。此時,大調節活塞(11)背面的油腔接通油箱并卸荷。 始終在系統壓力作用下的小調節活塞(10)將定子環(4)推向其中心位置。泵維持一定的壓力,而流量降為零,泄漏得到補償。功率損失和油液的發熱很小。qV-p 特性曲線為垂直狀,并隨設定壓力的增高而平行移動。


向上調節:當系統壓力降到零行程壓力之下時,彈簧(13)推動控制閥芯(14)回到其原始位置。大調節活塞(11)承受到壓力作用,并推動定子環(4)移向偏心位置。泵重新開始排油。
