【簡單介紹】

止回閥適用于壓力PN1.6～16.0MPa(Class150～2500)，工作溫度-196～60℃的石油、化工、制藥、化肥、電力行業等各種工況的管路上，防止介質的倒流。

【詳細說明】

⊙標準閥座密封
·設計制造：鑄鋼止回閥按照BS 1868、ASME B16.34、API 6D；
    鍛鋼止回閥按照API 602
·驗收和檢驗：API 598, API 600 or API 6D
·法蘭連接尺寸：ASME B16.5（ for NPS≤24），
    ASME B16.47 series B、API 605
    ASME B16.47 A系列、MSS SP-44 （for NPS＞24）
·對焊端：ASME B16.25
·承插焊端：ASME B16.11
·結構長度：ASME B16.10
·溫壓等級：ASME B16.34
·壁厚標準：API 600 、 BS 1868
⊙止回閥結構特點
·栓接閥蓋
·旋啟式和升降式閥瓣
·金屬閥座密封面
⊙閥體和閥蓋連接形式
采用栓接閥蓋；Class6～Class2500也可采用自壓密封式閥蓋。
⊙閥蓋墊片形式
采用不銹鋼石墨纏繞墊片或金屬環墊，自密封的采用自密封墊。

⊙閥座設計
碳鋼止回閥閥座通常采用鍛鋼材料，閥座密封面可根據客戶要求噴焊硬質合金，NPS≤10"的止回閥采用分離式螺紋旋入式閥座，如果用戶需要焊閥座結構也可提供；NPS≥12"止回閥采用焊閥座結構；不銹鋼止回閥的閥座一般采用整體式或者在本體上焊硬質合金后直接加工閥座。如果用戶有需求，不銹鋼閘止回閥座也可采用分離式螺紋旋入式和焊接閥座結構。

⊙結構特點Feature:

1. 體積小，重量輕，結構緊湊，維修方便。

2. 扭力彈簧使兩個閥瓣連接在一起，閥門開關迅速，自動。

3. 防止介質倒流，防止水錘。

4. 結構短，便于安裝和維護。

5. 在垂直或水平管道上均可簡便安裝。

6. 密封性能好。

7. 操作安全可靠。

8. 法蘭連接尺寸按照GB4216-84, GB4216.5—84。

9. 結構長度按照GB/T 12221-89，ISO5752-82。

1. Small in size, light in weight, compact in structure, easy in maintenance.

2. Two torsion springs are used excerting on each of the pair valve plates, which close the plates quickly and automatically.

3. The quick-close action prevents the medium from flowing back and eliminates water-hammer effect.

4. This valve is short in length, so that it is rigid and easy to mount.

5. It is easy to install on pipeline which is laid horizontally or vertically.

6. This valve is tightly sealed without leakage under the pressure water test.

7. Safe and reliable in operation, high interference-resistance.

8. The Connecting dimensions of flange according to the standard of GB4216-84, GB4216.5—84.

9. The face to face dimension is in accordance with ISO5752-82. The stem of the valve should be perpendicular to the horizontal level when the valve is mounted on horizontal pipeline. For vertical installation the direction of flow should be downward.
