1、 產品性能Product Performance
在高溫、高PH值下仍很穩定，低毒無害。在200℃溫度下有良好的阻垢作用，250℃以上才分解，耐酸堿，能同鐵、銅、鈣、鎂、鋁、鋅等多種金屬形成穩定的整合物。因此，可用于氰電鍍，由于能溶解金屬表面的氧化物，所以可用于清洗鍋爐和管道中鐵銹和無機鹽垢。本產品耐氯氣，氧化性能較一般的有機磷酸鹽好。是一種優良的阻垢劑、無氰電鍍絡合劑、金屬清洗劑。
HEDP remains stable under high temperature and high pH value, low toxic and harmless. It has good anti-scale effect under 200℃, and only decomposes at above 250℃. It resists acid and alkali, and can chelate with Fe, Cu, Ca, Mg, Al and Zn ions to form stable compounds. Hence, it can be used in cyanide electroplating. It can dissolve the oxidized materials on metal surfaces, so it can be used to clean iron rust and inorganic scale of the boiler and pipelines. It is chlorine-resistant and has a better oxidation performance than ordinary organic phosphates. HEDP is a good scale inhibitor, non-cyanide electroplating agent and metal cleaning agent.
2、應用范圍 Application scope
廣泛用于電力、化學、冶金、化肥等工業循環冷卻水系統，鍋爐、換熱器水管、油田注水管及輸油管線的阻垢劑和緩蝕劑，在輕紡工業中，可以作金屬和非金屬的清洗劑，電鍍工業的螯合劑，漂染工業的穩定劑和固定劑。
HEDP is widely used in circulating cool water system, boiler, heat exchanger water pipelines, oilfield water injection pipeline and oil transmission pipeline, as scale and corrosion inhibitor, in fields such as power plant, chemical industry, metallurgy, fertilizer, etc. In light and textile industry, it is used as detergent for metal and non-metal. In electroplating industry, it is used as chelating agent. In dyeing industry, it is used as stabilizer and dye-fixing agent.

4、使用方法 Usage
作為阻垢劑使用，投加量一般2-8ppm，作為緩蝕劑使用，投加量一般為50-80ppm，與其它水穩劑復合使用時，投加量一般為2-4ppm
When used as scale inhibitor, the dosage 2-8 ppm is preferred; When used as corrosion inhibitor, the dosage 50-80 ppm is preferred; When used together with other water stabilizers, the dosage 2-4 ppm is preferred.
5、包裝與貯存 Packing and storage Packing and storage
本品采用聚乙烯塑料桶包裝，每桶凈重250kg，或采用內襯聚乙烯塑料薄膜的鐵桶包裝，每桶凈重200kg，運輸時防止曝曬，貯存在干燥通風的庫房內，貯存期10個月。
Pack in 250kg net polyethylene （PE） plastic drum, or in 200kg net iron bucket with polyethylene （PE） inner-lining. Avoid insolation during transportation. Be stored for ten months in room ventilated and dry place.
