卷筒紙PUR覆膜機是針對新工藝PUR聚氨酯膠水所設計的創(chuàng)機型，采用卷筒紙到單張的工作方式。PUR聚氨酯膠水涂布在薄膜上可同時在正面上光油（清漆），紙張放卷采用雙工位不停機方式，紙張復合前可選擇膠印（背面）、除塵、壓光和加濕等多項工藝，兩者在復合部采用常溫方式貼合，貼合好的成品直接采用旋轉(zhuǎn)刀裁切成單張，由自動收紙機整齊碼垛收集。卷筒紙PUR覆膜機充分展示了PUR膠復合所帶來的節(jié)能、高速、高品質(zhì)、低成本等優(yōu)勢，一次性完成卷筒紙和薄膜成品的全部過程，可為用戶節(jié)約大量的紙張和人工費用，是薄膜類產(chǎn)品加工的上佳選擇。

Features

The web PUR laminator is the first domestic model designed for the new process PUR polyurethane glue. It uses a roll-to-sheet operation. 機器配置

復合主機
