DG系列干法制粒機
干法制粒機時利用物料本身的結晶水,依靠機械擠壓原理,直接對原料粉末不加粘合劑及水進行壓片成型—>壓片成型—>片狀物粗碎—>造粒成型為一體的制粒設備。制成不規則狀顆粒,完成從粉體至顆粒的物理變化過程。干法制粒機具有工藝簡單、生產批量大、易于清潔維護等特點。廣泛用于醫藥、食品、化工等行業。
