詳細介紹


干法制粒機時利用物料本身的結晶水,依靠機械擠壓原理,直接對原料粉末不加粘合劑及水進行壓片成型—>壓片成型—>片狀物粗碎—>造粒成型為一體的制粒設備。制成不規則狀顆粒,完成從粉體至顆粒的物理變化過程。干法制粒機具有工藝簡單、生產批量大、易于清潔維護等特點。廣泛用于醫藥、食品、化工等行業。
干法制粒機主要分為制粒裝置和動力裝置,兩部分在空間上隔離。制粒裝置又主要分為10個模塊:1.水平喂料系統2.螺桿進料系統3.輥壓系統,壓輥4.預防系統5.破碎系統6.取樣口7.兩級篩分制粒系統8.取樣口9.顆粒出口10.機架。
干法制粒過程中輥壓過程,干粉狀或微細晶體狀原料被壓輥擠壓成薄片,并且薄片的質量決定了最終用的質量。干法制粒機使用了輥壓

DG系列干法制粒機—設備特點
1.整機懸臂式設計,具有觀察方便、便于清理的特點。將加工區與動力傳動區隔離且外形整潔,拆裝清洗簡便,實現了從粉體到顆粒的潔凈密閉式生產。
2.壓片傳動結構采用油封、硅膠壓輥專用密封空氣隔離(漏軸結構)密封,有效做到傳動部分與工作部分的安全隔離,且拆裝、保養、更換便捷。
3.采用雙螺桿送料,在送料末端有真空脫氣裝置,供料均勻且密實,提高成片強度的均勻性及成品率。
水冷式壓輥,進出口結構為內置式,試物料在擠壓過程時不會升溫,影響物料性能。
 4采用PLC觸屏智能化控制,一鍵啟動,一鍵停止,可靠性高,操作簡單。壓輪間隙可調,傳感器有效監控油壓間隙距離等參數
5可選配置壓輪水冷卻系統、除塵回收系統 、震動分篩功能
壓輪分為網紋,直紋,光輪三種適應不同物料。
6系統結構設計合理,人機界面安全、可靠、快捷、工藝流程配比合理,生產運行可靠。整機全不銹鋼制作,接觸物料部分可為316材質,符合GMP和FDA要求。
