液位遙測系統用于監(jiān)測全船各壓載艙（通常包括底壓載、邊壓載等）、艏尖艙、淡水艙等各功能艙的液位高度數據。液位遙測系統通過液位傳感器對各艙液位信號進行監(jiān)測，信號采集系統采集各點傳感器信號，并將信號通過電腦顯示器顯示實時數據，并可遠傳至集控臺可同時顯示數據，并根據要求對相應艙室設置高、低位報警。通過智能化集中顯示可以改變人工測量這一傳統模式，節(jié)省人力，大大提高工作效率，可以實時通過壓載水數據聯動閥門進行調載。閥門遙控系統主要用于控制各路遙控閥門信號，根據不同的閥門型號、功能采取不同的控制方式，與液位遙測系統配合使用，實現船舶的壓載水管理。本系統還設計了備用電腦操作系統，即當主控系統發(fā)生故障后可以啟用備用操作系統，仍具備液位數據的實時監(jiān)控及對閥門系統進行遙控操作功能。本系統一般分為三種：即純手動開關型、電腦液晶觸摸型、開關電腦一體型。
