Sensitive Amoxicillin ELISA

The MaxSignal^® Amoxicillin ELISA Test Kit is a competitive ELISA for the quantitative analysis of amoxicillin in a variety of sample types. The MaxSignal Amoxicillin ELISA Test Kit incorporates a fast, low-cost sample prep protocol with high recovery rates. Amoxicillin is widely used to treat bacterial infections in humans and animals. Monitoring of amoxicillin residues in food samples is necessary because of the hypersensitivity of some individuals to amoxicillin, and also the emergence of antibiotic-resistant strains of bacteria. Consequently, maximum residue limits have been specified to control the levels of amoxicillin reaching the consumer.

This kit is manufactured to the international quality standard ISO 9001.

- Meat/Fish Tissue, Shrimp: 2 ng/g or ppb
- Milk: 2 ng/g or ppb
