一、符合GB/T261、ASTM D93、ISO2719標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

二、主要技術(shù)參數(shù)：

測(cè)溫范圍：常溫～200℃

點(diǎn)火方式：自動(dòng)電點(diǎn)火

功率：500W

工作電源：AC220V±10％ 50HZ

三、性能及特點(diǎn)：

1、儀器體積小，重量輕，結(jié)構(gòu)合理，性能穩(wěn)定，顯示直觀，檢測(cè)準(zhǔn)確，操作簡(jiǎn)單方便；

2、儀器的試驗(yàn)過(guò)程全自動(dòng)進(jìn)行。當(dāng)試驗(yàn)員設(shè)定好試驗(yàn)參數(shù)后，儀器將自動(dòng)控制油杯開(kāi)閉蓋機(jī)構(gòu)、電點(diǎn)火器、攪拌電機(jī)停起的動(dòng)作。同時(shí)，自動(dòng)按照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求對(duì)油樣進(jìn)行升溫及檢測(cè)，操作員無(wú)需干預(yù)試驗(yàn)。在試驗(yàn)完成后，儀器將自動(dòng)存儲(chǔ)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果。

3、儀器可以存儲(chǔ)200個(gè)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果；高于200個(gè)自動(dòng)清除大于200個(gè)結(jié)果之前的結(jié)果。

4、儀器采用電腦控制，做樣時(shí)電腦屏幕實(shí)時(shí)顯示油樣溫度及閃火現(xiàn)象，按程序自動(dòng)完成檢測(cè)閃點(diǎn)的全過(guò)程，用PID控制的加熱系統(tǒng)，使溫度測(cè)試及顯示可靠準(zhǔn)確。用溫差方式檢測(cè)閃點(diǎn)，使閃點(diǎn)檢測(cè)值穩(wěn)定可靠。

5、儀器采用進(jìn)口壓力傳感器方式進(jìn)行閃點(diǎn)檢測(cè)，檢測(cè)閃點(diǎn)精度高。

Iii. Performance and Characteristics:

1. The instrument is small in size, light in weight, reasonable in structure, stable in performance, intuitive in display, accurate in detection, simple and convenient in operation;

2. The test process of the instrument is fully automatic. When the test parameters are set, the device will automatically control the opening and closing mechanism of the oil cup, the electric igniter, and the stopping and starting of the stirring motor. At the same time, the oil sample is automatically heated and tested in accordance with the standard requirements, and the operator does not need to intervene the test. After the test is completed, the instrument will automatically store the test results.

3. The instrument can store 200 test results; More than 200 results before automatically clearing more than 200 results.

4. The instrument is controlled by computer, and the computer screen displays the oil sample temperature and flash fire in real time during sample making. The whole process of flash point detection is completed automatically according to the program. The flash point is detected by temperature difference method to make the flash point detection value stable and reliable.

5. The instrument adopts imported pressure sensor for flash point detection with high precision.

6. The instrument has high test accuracy and good repeatability and reproducibility.
