CQB型泵是磁力驅(qū)動(dòng)單級(jí)單吸離心泵，是新型的磁力驅(qū)動(dòng)化工流程泵，產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)采用ISO2858標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。該產(chǎn)品旨在解決石油化工流程中易燃易爆、有毒有害及稀有貴重流體的輸送問題。具有全密封、無泄漏、無污染、振動(dòng)小及噪音低的顯著特點(diǎn)，是石油化工、精細(xì)化工、冶金、電力、造紙、制藥、食品等行業(yè)理想的環(huán)保型產(chǎn)品。 本產(chǎn)品適宜輸送不含固體顆粒的易燃、易爆、有毒、有害及貴重介質(zhì)和其他要求無泄漏及介質(zhì)不允許密封材料污染的場(chǎng)合。 除非能有效排除鐵磁性微粒，否則本產(chǎn)品應(yīng)避免輸送含有鐵磁性物料的液體。 CQB Magnetic Driven Centrifugal Pump is a magnetic driven single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump, a new type magnetic driven chemical process pump, designed to ISO2858 standard. This product is designed to convey inflammable and explosive, toxic, harmful and rare valuable fluids in the petrochemical process. It has the distinctive features of full-enclosure, leakage free, contamination free, low vibration and noise, an ideal environmental-friendly product in petrochemical, fine chemical, metallurgical, power, paper-making, pharmaceutical and foodstuff industries. This product is suitable for conveying inflammable and explosive, toxic, harmful and valuable media containing no solid particles and in other applications requiring no leakage, and no contamination of sealing materials by media. Unless ferrous magnetic particles can be effectively removed, conveying liquid containing ferrous magnetic material with this product should be avoided. 結(jié)構(gòu)說明 Description of structure 1.該型泵為單級(jí)、單吸、臥式、徑向剖分，軸向吸入、徑向排出。全密封，無泄漏。 2.采用ISO2858標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，方便替代IH型、ZA型和CZ型化工流程泵。 3.工藝液體自冷卻潤滑傳動(dòng)部件，不需要額外管路系統(tǒng)。 4.整臺(tái)泵只需1～2個(gè)密封圈，確保了運(yùn)行安全。 5.優(yōu)化的剛性軸結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，具有更佳的撓度指數(shù)，使泵的振動(dòng)值進(jìn)一步降低。 6.泵的軸向力主要靠葉輪上的副葉片或者平衡孔進(jìn)行水力平衡，殘余軸向力由推力軸承承受。 7.采用大厚度、重載、強(qiáng)推力陶瓷軸承，選用高純度、高耐磨性的碳化硅材料，使用壽命長。 8.內(nèi)外磁轉(zhuǎn)子均為全密封式結(jié)構(gòu)，防止泵在腐蝕環(huán)境下磁體腐蝕和磁性能的衰退。 9.泵體具有底腳支撐和中心支撐（CQBH）兩種形式，供不同溫度介質(zhì)時(shí)選用，基本型采用底腳支撐、低溫與高溫型采用中心支撐。 10.新型的誘導(dǎo)輪技術(shù)，可使泵的必需汽蝕余量更低。 11.多種循環(huán)方式將泵內(nèi)產(chǎn)生的渦流熱和摩擦熱帶走，以滿足不同介質(zhì)的輸送。典型的循環(huán)系統(tǒng)有： a.內(nèi)循環(huán)式。通過泵內(nèi)液體壓力差形成自循環(huán)。 b.外循環(huán)式。當(dāng)不宜使用泵送介質(zhì)進(jìn)行自潤滑冷卻時(shí)，可引入外來液體，但外來液體必須高于泵腔內(nèi)的壓力0.07～0.1MPa。 12.一般無需額外的冷卻循環(huán)系統(tǒng)。 13.因結(jié)晶、汽化等工況需要時(shí)，可帶冷卻或保溫夾套。 14.可選擇電機(jī)直連或通過聯(lián)軸器連接的形式。 15.從驅(qū)動(dòng)端看，泵為順時(shí)針方向旋轉(zhuǎn)。 16.法蘭標(biāo)準(zhǔn)可提供ANSI、HG/T20615、HG/T20592等多種選擇。 17.可配帶普通Y系列電機(jī)、YB系列防爆型電機(jī)、直流電機(jī)和永磁電機(jī)等。 1.This pump is of horizontal single stage and single suction type with radial split, axial suction and radial discharge. It is fully enclosed and leakage free. 2.It is based on ISO2858 standard, and can be conveniently used in place of type IH, ZA and CZ chemical process pumps. 3.The driving parts are cooled and lubricated by process liquid, without additional piping system. 4.In the whole pump, only 1~2 sealing rings are used, ensuring operation safety. 5.Optimized rigid shaft structure design with better deflection index has further reduced the vibration of the pump. 6.The axial load on the pump is mainly balanced hydraulically by the back blades or balance holes on the impeller, and the residual axial force is on the thrust bearing. 7.Ceramic bearings of big thickness, heavy duty and high thrust are used, and they are made with high purity and high wear resisting carborundum material, with a long service life. 8.Both internal and external magnetic rotors are in fully enclosed structure, to prevent corrosion of magnetic mass and attenuation of magnetic property with the pump in corrosive environments. 9.Pump body is available in two types: foot support and center support, for use with media of different temperature; the basic model is provided with foot support and low and high temperature types with center support. 10.New type inducer technology is adopted, to further reduce the necessary NPSH of the pump. 11.The heat produced by eddy current and friction in the pump is carried away with a number of circulation forms, to allow conveying different media. Typical circulation systems include: a. Internal circulation. Self-circulation is formed by the liquid differential pressure within the pump. b. External circulation. When self-lubrication and cooling with pumped media is not suitable, external liquid can be connected, provided that the incoming liquid pressure must be 0.07~0.1MPa above the pressure within the pump cavity. 12.Normally additional cooling circulation system is not required. 13.Cooling or insulation jacket can be provided when required in conditions such as crystallization and gasification. 14.Either direct driving by motor or via coupling can be used. 15.The pump rotates in a clockwise direction when viewed from the driving end. 16.A number of options for flanges to standards ANSI, HG/T20615 and HG/T20592. 17.It can be provided with general-purpose Y series motor, YB series explosion-proof motor, DC motor and permanent magnetic motor. 性能范圍Scope of performance 流量 Flow 0.8～1000m3/h 揚(yáng)程 Head 3.2～125m 介質(zhì)溫度 Temperature -45℃～+450℃ 進(jìn)口直徑 Import diameter 20～300mm 工作壓力 The max working pressure 2.5MPa 型號(hào)意義Type denotation
