投入式超聲震板裝置由震板及超聲波發生器兩部分構成。當標準型號的超聲波清洗機不適用于特定工作環境時，除了可以訂造特殊規格外，也可采用投入式超聲波震板裝置。在現存設備中，如果已有普通清洗槽，則增加投入式超聲波震板裝置，改裝成超聲波清洗機。
全不銹鋼結構，耐酸耐堿，美觀耐用。采用分體式結構，震板與超聲波發生器之間采用帶插座的高頻連接，使用及保養均方便。
安裝布置靈活，根據需要超聲輻射面可布置在清洗槽的底面、側面或頂面。

Input ultrasonic vibrating board device is made up of vibrating plate and ultrasonic generator. Installation and layout are flexible. Ultrasonic radiant surface can be set in ultrasonic cleaning tank bottom, side or top.
