一、產品特征

該產品的纖維主要由美國杜邦和日本人提供，具有良好的耐溫性(220-240℃)，耐酸堿性強，甚至選用PTFE織物為增強基布，確保芳綸過濾材料在≦204℃工況下長期使用，并能耐受250℃左右的瞬間溫度。

應用：瀝青攪拌：在沙、石混合物與瀝青均勻混合過程中，將煙塵進行分離。

鋼鐵行業：石灰窯、高爐煤氣、電爐、轉爐等高溫煙氣的凈化。

鋁業：再生鋁冶煉中，反射爐高溫煙氣的凈化。

水泥：成品水泥高溫氣固分離、生料系統煙氣凈化。

碳黑：冷卻到180℃左右的反應器高溫煙氣凈化。

燃煤鍋爐：流動床燃燒型鍋爐產生的高溫煙氣凈化。

The fibers of this product are mainly supplied by DuPont and Japan, which have good temperature resistance (220-240 C), strong acid and alkali resistance. Even PTFE fabric is selected as reinforcement base cloth to ensure that aramid filter material can be used for a long time under the condition of < 204 C, and can withstａnd the instantaneous temperature of about 250 C.

Application:

Asphalt mixing: In the process of uniform mixing of sａnd and stone mixture with asphalt, the smoke and dust are separated.

Iron and steel industry: lime kiln, blast furnace gas, electric furnace, converter and other high-temperature flue gas purification.

Aluminum industry: In recycled aluminium smelting, the high temperature flue gas of reverberatory furnace is purified.

Cement: High temperature gas-solid separation of finished cement and flue gas purification of raw material system.

Carbon black: High temperature flue gas purification in the reactor cooled to about 180 C.

Coal-fired Boiler: High temperature flue gas purification produced by a flow bed combustion boiler.
