8.1 書刊裝訂設備 鎖線裝訂機沖孔系統故障排除 Punching system trouble shooting
8.1.1 故障現象：機器不動 Symptom: The machine does not move
產生原因：電源沒有接通或者保護開關觸發異常。
Cause: The power supply is not turned on or the protection switch is triggered
排除方法：查看電源開關是否已經接通，保護開關有無異常， 配電箱內空氣開關是否斷開。
Remedy: Check whether the power switch is switched on, whether the protection switch is abnormal or not, and the air switch in the distribution box is disconnected
8.1.2異常現象：毛邊大
Abnormal phenomenon: big hair
產生原因：紙張太厚，沖針嚴重磨損
Cause: The paper is too thick and the punch is severely worn
排除方法：正常運行紙張厚度建議在1-6mm之內；如果是沖針磨損嚴重請更換。Remedy: normal operation of the paper thickness is recommended within 1-6mm; if the pins wear, please replace.
8.2 書刊裝訂設備 鎖線裝訂機機器手送料系統的故障排除 The feed belt system trouble shooting
8.2.1 故障現象：機器不動Symptom: The machine does not move
產生原因：電源沒有接通或者光電開關觸發異常。Cause: The power supply is not turned on or the photoelectric switch triggers an abnormality
排除方法：查看電源開關是否已經接通，光電開關有無異常。Remedy: Check whether the power switch is turned on, the photoelectric switch is abnormal.
8.2.2 異常現象：機械手抓取和送料位置不對 Abnormal phenomenon: the robot grab and feeding position is wrong
產生原因：皮帶拉長松弛或者是皮帶固定塊1不牢靠。 Cause: The belt is stretched or the belt is fixed
排除方法：將皮帶張緊到合適的松緊度，調整好機械手的位置鎖緊皮帶固定塊。Remedy: Tighten the belt to the appropriate tightness, adjust the position of the robot to lock the belt fixed block.
