聚硫密封膠（英）

聚硫密封膠是以液態(tài)聚硫橡膠為主體材料，配合以增粘樹脂、硫化劑、促進(jìn)劑、補(bǔ)強(qiáng)劑等制成的密封膠。此類密封膠具有優(yōu)良的耐燃油、液壓油、水和各種化學(xué)藥品性能以及耐熱和耐大氣老化性能。

使用方法

1、手工施工時(shí)，將 A 、 B 兩組份按比例( 10:1 )稱量并用油灰刀混合均勻，填入密封槽中，壓實(shí)、填平、除去多余的膠液。要注意用力沿一個(gè)方向反復(fù)刮涂，防止大量氣泡混入膠內(nèi)。

2、機(jī)械施工時(shí)，是由自動(dòng)計(jì)量和混合裝置( 10:1 )完成混膠，經(jīng)手動(dòng)注槍或全自動(dòng)噴膠機(jī)來控制涂膠量和涂膠速度。用注膠槍施工時(shí)要報(bào)持槍嘴沿一個(gè)方向勻速地移動(dòng)，確保填滿膠料防止移動(dòng)過快或往復(fù)而產(chǎn)生氣泡。
