液壓隔膜計量泵也叫柱塞隔膜計量泵的一種，是結合柱塞式計量泵和隔膜式計量泵的特點而設計的一種計量泵。該計量泵與被計量介質介質接觸部分為隔膜，而驅動部分為液壓柱塞。由于隔膜根據被計量介質的不同可選用不同的材質，如海波隆（CSM）、氟化橡膠（FPM）、泰氟隆（PTFE）等，而液壓驅動可實現高壓計量的需要，所以柱塞隔膜計量泵的使用領域和工礦壓力大大提高。
