保存條件: Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.
叉頭蛋白O3A抗體,Anti-FOXO3A抗體產品介紹：This gene belongs to the forkhead family of transcription factors which are characterized by a distinct forkhead domain. This gene likely functions as a trigger for apoptosis through expression of genes necessary for cell death. Translocation of this gene with the MLL gene is associated with secondary acute leukemia. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding the same protein have been observed.
一、抗原抗體反應特點（上海研盟生物科技有限公司）
1.高度特異性，特異性是抗原抗體反應的zui主要特征，特定抗原決定簇只與特定抗體結合；
2.可逆性:抗原與抗體結合形成抗原抗體復合物的過程是一種動態(tài)平衡, 其反應式為：Ag+AbAg·Ab；
3.適當濃度和比例；
4.敏感性:在測定血清中某一物質的含量時，化學比色法的敏感度為mg/ml水平，酶反應測定法的敏感度約為5~10μg/ml，免疫測定中凝膠擴散法的敏感度與酶反應法相仿。
二、影響抗原抗體反應的因素
1.電解質 ：抗原抗體特異結合后，膠體粒便可發(fā)生脫水作用，此時易受電解質影響，如有適當濃度的電解質存在就會使它們失去部分負電荷而相互凝聚，于是出現明顯的凝集或沉淀現象。
2.酸堿度:合適的pH為6-8。
3.溫度:37℃通常是抗原體反應zui適溫度。
