用途與簡介
本機(jī)是糖漿,口服液等灌裝、旋（軋）蓋二機(jī)合一的液體灌裝機(jī)，適用于各種20-100ml瓶的玻璃瓶,塑料瓶的液體灌裝和旋（軋）蓋。機(jī)器采用潛入式灌裝結(jié)構(gòu)，灌裝時，灌裝頭自動伸入瓶子底部。邊灌裝邊上升，液體無溢出；為防止污染工作臺，機(jī)器設(shè)有無瓶止灌裝置；采用高精度活塞式灌裝，灌裝計量分粗、精兩級調(diào)整，簡單方便。組合式灌裝管路及灌裝組件，拆卸、消毒、回裝十分方便。采用調(diào)節(jié)氣閥，能很方便的調(diào)節(jié)旋（軋）蓋壓力大小；采用變頻調(diào)整系統(tǒng)，能方便的適應(yīng)各種不同規(guī)格的瓶子及不同粘度液體灌裝的不同速度需要。本機(jī)有旋螺紋蓋和軋蓋防盜蓋二種機(jī)型可供選擇（使用廠家:北京貝麗萊斯生物化學(xué)/廣西昌洲天然藥業(yè)/四川蜀城藥業(yè)）
