FBW130四球磨耗試驗儀【韓國Neoplus】
Four-Ball磨耗試驗儀-FBW130。
基本資料：可對ASTM D-2783, ASTM D-2266, ASTM D-4172 ,ASTM D-2596等不同規格的材料實施Four-ball測試，還可利用lever ratio，液壓和氣動配置順利地施加足夠強度的frame和準確的負荷量。采用Four-ball test method和extreme pressure properties measurement標準測試方式，測試潤滑油和grease的耐磨性能以及極壓性能。此外，使用本測試設備還可以實施load-wear index（Mean-hertz load）和weld point（four-ball extreme pressure test（EP））。通常使用AISI Standard steel no.E52100（bear ing steel）12.7mm,grade 25Ep（Extra polish）Rockwell C hardness64~66等試驗用Ball來測試潤滑和Grease類。
