Synonyms	Leukosialin, Leukocyte sialoglycoprotein, Sialophorin, Galactoglycoprotein, GALGP, CD43 antigen, SPN, CD43, LSN, GPL115.
Introduction	CD43 （Sialophorin, Leukosialin） is a major sialoglycoprotein on the surface of human T lymphocytes, monocytes, granulocytes, and some B lymphocytes, which appears to be important for immune function and may be part of a physiologic ligand-receptor complex involved in T-cell activation.
Description	CD43 Human Recombinant （aa 271-401） expressed in E.coli, shows a 41 kDa band on SDS-PAGE. The CD43 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Source	Escherichia Coli.
Physical Appearance	Sterile Filtered clear solution.
Formulation	CD43 at 100μg/ml in 50mM Tris-Acetate, pH7.5, 1mM EDTA and 20% Glycerol.
Stability	Store vial at -20°C to -80°C. When stored at the recommended temperature, this protein is stable for 12 months. Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
Applications	? ELISA. ? Inhibition Assays. ? Western Blotting.
