【Anti-CD13/APN抗體】CD13氨肽酶N抗體產品介紹：Broad specificity aminopeptidase. Plays a role in the final digestion of peptides generated from hydrolysis of proteins by gastric and pancreatic proteases. May play a critical role in the pathogenesis of cholesterol gallstone disease. May be involved in the metabolism of regulatory peptides of diverse cell types including small intestinal and tubular epithelial cells, macrophages, granulocytes and synaptic membranes from the CNS. Found to cleave antigen peptides bound to major histocompatibility complex class II molecules of presenting cells and to degrade neurotransmitters at synaptic junctions. Is also implicated as a regulator of IL-8 bioavailability in the endometrium, and therefore may contribute to the regulation of angiogenesis. Is used as a marker for acute myeloid leukemia and plays a role in tumor invasion. In case of human coronavirus 229E (HCoV-229E) infection, serves as receptor for HCoV-229E spike glycoprotein. Mediates as well human cytomegalovirus (HCMV) infection. Expressed in epithelial cells. Belongs to the peptidase M1 family.
保存條件: Store at -20℃ for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20℃. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody, the antibody is stable for at least six weeks at 2-4 ℃
抗原修復（免疫組化石蠟切片）
用于福爾馬林固定的石蠟包埋組織芯片需要抗原修復。
福爾馬林固定的組織有可能破壞了原來組織的抗原結構，蛋白多肽發生交聯，導致部分抗原表位封閉，結合位點減少，所以需要抗原修復，以暴露原來的抗原表位，達到充分顯露抗原，以不出現明顯脫片現象為佳。
抗原修復的幾種常用方法（供參考）
1、 微波爐加熱：
在微波爐里加熱0.01*緩沖液（pH6.0）至沸騰后將組織芯片放入，斷電，間隔5-10分鐘，反復1-2次。根據玻片情況可參考采用微波加熱“3-5-3法"3分鐘溫火沸騰后靜止5分鐘，再溫火沸騰3分鐘即可。
適用的抗原：來源于人、大鼠、小鼠的組織標本；來源于其他動物種屬的組織標本。
2、 沸熱修復：
電爐或水浴鍋加熱0.01M*緩沖液（pH6.0）至95℃左右，放入組織芯片加熱10-15分鐘。
3、 高壓熱修復：
在沸水中加入EDTA（pH8.0）或0.01m*緩沖溶液（pH6.0）.蓋上不銹鋼鍋蓋，但不能鎖定。將玻片置于金屬染色架上，緩慢加壓，使玻片在緩沖液中浸泡五分鐘，然后將蓋子鎖定，小閥門將會升起來。10分鐘后除去熱源，置入涼水中，當小閥門沉下去后打開蓋子。此方法適用于較難檢測或核抗原的抗原修復。（骨及軟骨組織的標本選擇較溫和的微波加熱修復） 。
4、 酶消化方法：
常用0.1%*和0.4%*液。*使用前預熱37℃，消化時間約為5-30分鐘。
適用于被固定遮蔽的抗原：包括 Collagen.GFAP. Complement.Cytokeratin.c-erB-2.LCA.LN.等。
