·                                 2 冗余系統構建
ControlLogix系統采用了基于“生產者/消費者"的通訊模式，為用戶提供了高性能、高可靠性、配置靈活的分布式控制解決方案。ControlLogix系統實現了離散、過程、運動三種不同控制類型的集成，能夠支持以太網、ControlNet控制網和DeviceNet設備網，并可實現信息在三層網絡之間的無縫傳遞。因而，ControlLogix被廣泛地應用于各種控制系統。[1]
構建ControlLogix冗余系統的核心部件是處理器和1757-SRM冗余模塊。目前，有1756-L55系列處理器模塊支持冗余功能，其內存容量從750KB到7.5MB不等。1757-SRM冗余模塊是實現冗余功能的關鍵。如圖1所示，在冗余系統中，處理器模塊和1757-SRM冗余模塊處于同一機架內。為了避免受到外界電磁干擾，提高數據傳輸速度，兩個機架的1757-SRM模塊通過光纖交換同步數據。所有的I/O模塊通過ControlNet控制網與主、從控制器機架內的1756-CNB(R)控制網通訊模塊相連接。
