對夾中線蝶閥主要由閥體、轉軸、閥板、閥座及驅動機構（手柄、蝸輪蝸桿、氣動裝置或電動裝置）等組成，靠驅動機構帶動轉軸及閥板旋轉以實現啟閉和控制流量的目的。對夾式蝶閥特點如下：
結構簡單、小巧輕便，運輸、安裝、拆卸容易;90°啟閉，開關迅速。操作扭矩小，省力輕巧;密封性能好，使用壽命長，可達到零泄漏;選擇不同的零部件材質，可適用于多種介質;流量特性近似于直線，調節性能好。

      本蝶閥主要由閥體、轉軸、閥板、閥座及驅動機構（手柄、蝸輪蝸桿、氣動裝置或電動裝置）等組成，靠驅動機構帶動轉軸及閥板旋轉以實現啟閉和控制流量的目的。其特點如下：

      A butterfly valve consists of body ,stem ,disc , actuator （manual actuator, worm-gear actuator , aerodynamic actuator or electric actuator） , and it can implement the process for turning on turning off and regulating the flow by the circumrotation of stem and disc that is droved by actuators.

注：1、DN50~DN600 “LT”型蝶閥分別適用于PN1.0/PN1.6MPa兩種壓力級，表中每規格中有兩個尺寸的分別表示 PN1.0/PN1.6MPa兩種壓力級連接尺寸。蝶閥上法蘭可通用于手動、蝸輪蝸桿傳動、電動、氣動等。 2、D1及n-M尺寸可按國標（GB）、標準（ISO）、美標（ANSI）、德標（DIN）、英標（BS）、日標（JIS）加工生產。E及n1-Ø1尺寸可按GB/T 12223及ISO 5211標準加工生產。Note:1、DN50~DN600 Butterfly valves are suitable for the pressure of PN1.0 and PN1.6MPa grade separay. Two dimensions in one size show the connection dimensions of PN1.0/PN1.6MPa pressure grade.
