"即刻性"質(zhì)控：在開始進(jìn)行質(zhì)控時(shí)，只需要有3個(gè)質(zhì)控血清測(cè)定值即可進(jìn)行質(zhì)控。當(dāng)這組數(shù)據(jù)擴(kuò)大到20次有效值時(shí)就可以計(jì)算RCV的X，s。方法：
（1）先將測(cè)定值從小到大排列，X1zui小，Xnzui大；
◎（2）計(jì)算X和s；
◎（3）計(jì)算SI上限值和下限值。
◎SI上=（Xzui小-X）/S， SI下=（Xzui大-X）/S
◎?qū)φ誗I表，檢查是否出控，
SI上、下限≤規(guī)定值，在控；
SI上或下限>規(guī)定值，失控。
