英國斯派莎克FIG33過濾器

FIG13 Y型過濾器，鑄鐵材質(zhì)，法蘭連接。標準不銹鋼過濾網(wǎng)，DN15至DN80為0.8mm孔徑，DN100至DN200為1.6mm孔徑。另有其它孔徑和數(shù)目及合金過濾網(wǎng)可供選擇。根據(jù)需要過濾器閥帽上可鉆螺紋連接排污或排放閥。

斯派莎克Y型過濾器

    英國斯派莎克FIG33過濾器用來確保所有裝置免受因管道內(nèi)雜質(zhì)、鐵銹及焊渣等造成的堵塞和損壞。從而降低了維修費用和生產(chǎn)損失。

過濾器可安裝在蒸汽管路、油管、水管及壓縮空氣系統(tǒng)管路中，保護各種計量儀器、泵機、減壓閥、溫控閥、蒸汽疏水閥及其它設(shè)備。

    Fig7籃式過濾器，法蘭連接，碳鋼材質(zhì)。本體上可鉆孔以安裝壓力表和排污閥。

過濾網(wǎng)

的濾網(wǎng)規(guī)格齊全，孔徑1/64"至3/16''r或40目至200目，同時，根據(jù)不同的材料，濾網(wǎng)材質(zhì)分別有黃銅、不銹鋼、蒙乃爾高強度耐蝕鎳銅合金等。注意:不要安裝比需要更細的濾網(wǎng);建議200目的濾網(wǎng)只用于煤氣或空氣管路中。

安裝

    為防止過濾器中積聚凝結(jié)水，成為水錘來源并限制過濾區(qū)域，在蒸汽主管內(nèi)口徑大于1"(DN25)的過濾器應(yīng)水平安裝。

Filter

Spirax full screen size of the filter pore size of 1/ 64 " to 3/16'' r or 40 mesh to 200 mesh , and , depending on the material , the filter material are of brass, stainless steel, Monel high strength corrosion resistant nickel-copper alloy , etc. Note : It is best not to install a finer mesh than needed ; recommend 200 mesh screen is used only for gas or air line .

Installation

    In order to prevent the accumulation of condensation water filter has become the source of water hammer and limit filtration area in the steam main diameter greater than 1 "(DN25) filter should be installed horizontally .
