一、產(chǎn)品介紹
水力是一系列的總稱，它較早生產(chǎn)于以色列、荷蘭、丹麥、美國、加拿大等國，九十年代進(jìn)入中國，本公司生產(chǎn)的水力系列，分別為遙控浮球閥、可調(diào)式減壓閥、緩閉止回閥、流量、泄壓/持壓閥、電動(dòng)閥、水泵、壓差平衡閥、緊急關(guān)閉閥、雨淋閥、定水位閥等產(chǎn)品。并廣泛用于建筑、消防、水廠、暖通、市政、鋼鐵、電力、石油、化工等系統(tǒng)的管網(wǎng)。
水力它是利用水力控制原理，利用上、下閥腔的壓力差盤的運(yùn)動(dòng)，再通過旁通管路和各種不同構(gòu)造的導(dǎo)閥起不同功能產(chǎn)生系列閥。
●本公司生產(chǎn)的水力2001年由上海市科委和建委鑒定榮獲國內(nèi)產(chǎn)品，鑒定號(hào)2001-6133號(hào)。
●由上海市工程建設(shè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化辦公室2002年委托本公司制定了上海市建筑產(chǎn)品*性應(yīng)用圖集
“SJ系列水力安裝圖”圖集號(hào)2002滬S/T-104。
●由中國工程建設(shè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化協(xié)會(huì)2002年委托本公司制定了水力應(yīng)用設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)號(hào)CEC8144：2002。
●由中國工程建設(shè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化辦公室2004年委托本公司制定水力的產(chǎn)品行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
Hydraulic control valve is a general title of one series control valve, was earlier made in Israel, Holland, Demark, UAS, Canada etc. countries and led intoChina in 1900s. The hydraulic control valve series made in this Co.cover remote control floating valve, adjustable pressure reducing valve, slowly closed checkvalve, pressure discharge/sustaining valve, electric valve, water pump control valve, pressure differential balancing valve, emergent close valve, raining valve,water level fixing valve etc. products and are used for the pipe network of building, fire-fighting, water works, warming, steel & iron, electric power, petroleum,chemical industry etc. systems.
This valve makes a series valve formed by such a way as utilizing the hydraulic control principle and the pressure differential between both upper andlower valve cavities to control the disc’s movement and acting as different functions via the by-pass pipelines and the pilot valves of various different struc-tures.
●In 2001, the hydraulic control valve products made in this Co. were entitled as the most advanced products nationwide approved by both Scientific Commission and Construction Commission of Shanghai. The appraisal number: 2001-6133.
●In 2002, this Co. was entrusted by the office of Shanghai Engineering Construction Standardization to draw out SJ series hydraulic control valve installa-tion figure collection of the recommended application figure collection of Shanghai buildings’products, the figure collection number: 2002 HU S/T-104.
●In 2002, this Co. is entrusted by the Association of China Engineering Construction Standardization to draw out the standard for the application and de-sign rules of hydraulic control valves. The standard number: CECS144: 2002.
●In 2004, this Co. is entrusted by the office of China Engineering Construction Standardization to draw out the industrial standard for the hydraulic controlvalve products(coming soon).
二、產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)：PRODUCT FEATURES
●閥體采用全通道、流線型設(shè)計(jì)，流體阻力小、流量大；
●閥體、閥蓋內(nèi)外采用環(huán)氧樹脂粉體涂裝，可防止閥體、閥蓋的腐蝕；
●采用國外可拆卸閥座的*技術(shù)，結(jié)構(gòu)巧妙，維修更換方便(無須整臺(tái)閥門拆除)；
●在管路中可任意立式或臥式安裝，其可靠性不變；
●閥體、閥蓋、活塞缸連接處采用密封墊和密封環(huán)雙重保護(hù)；
●活塞缸采用導(dǎo)流孔，適當(dāng)增加阻尼，使活塞運(yùn)動(dòng)更加平穗、靈活；
●全不銹鋼活塞缸、整體活塞、丁橡膠密封環(huán)，*組合大大延長使用壽命。
● The body is full-channel and streamline designed, leaving small fluid resistance and a big flow;
● Both outside and inside of body and bonnet are coated with epoxy resin powder and can prevent them from corrosion;
● Use the advanced foreign know-how of removable seat ring, exquisite structure, easy repair and replacement (no need to remove the whole valve);
● Vertically or horizontally mountable in the pipeline with the reliability kept unchanged;
● A dual protection of sealing pad and sealing ring is used on the connections between body, bonnet and piston cylinder;
● For the piston cylinder, a flow-guide hole is set and appropriate damp is addad with it so as to have the piston movement more stable and flexible;
● The complete combination of full stainless steel piston cylinder, overall piston and NBR seal ring gets the duration greatly extended.
