    進口高真空球閥是在真空系統(tǒng)中用來開啟或隔斷氣流的閥門，廣泛適用各類氣體，液體等正、負壓力管道系統(tǒng)，符合GMP標準,由于球閥全通導，又能達到超高真空要求，所以也能適用于加速器真空系統(tǒng)。

進口高真空球閥作用： 　　

    1.開關氣路，當閥1和閥4關閉，閥2打開時，機械真空泵Ⅲ對容器I抽真空，氣流流經預真空抽氣管路；當閥2關閉，閥4打開時，機械泵可單獨對擴散泵抽真空；當閥1和閥4同時打開時，擴散泵和機械泵可同時工作，對容器進行抽空，此時氣流流經擴散泵?？梢?，閥門在這種操作中的作用是開關氣路，改變氣流的流經路線。 　　

    2.控制氣流大小，調節(jié)真空度在圖1中，調節(jié)閥1的閥蓋開啟角度，即可調節(jié)流經管路的氣流量大?。魂P閉閥2和閥4，通過放氣閥3可以給機械泵Ⅲ的入口放成大氣；通過放氣閥5可以調節(jié)容器內的真空度。 　　

    3.定量充氣，在玻璃閥的柱塞上有個一定體積的小洞，當小洞轉向右邊和高壓氣瓶連通時，小洞中就可充滿高壓氣體；當它轉向左邊和真空容器連通時，就把該體積的高壓氣體放進容器中去，這樣就起到了定量充氣的作用。

(2) control the airflow, vacuum regulator in Figure 1, the control valve 1, the valve cover opening angle can adjust the size of the gas flow through the pipeline; shut off valve 2 and the valve 4, through the discharge valve 3 can be a mechanical pump discharge into the atmosphere inlet ⅲ; 5 can be adjusted through the discharge valve of vacuum within the container.
