抗體效價測定是指測定抗體的物理狀態及其在體內的滯留時間，以其與抗原反應的多少來表示其免疫效果。

抗體效價測定是根據大分子顆粒抗原于其相應的抗體相結合，

在適量的電解質存在及一定的溫度下，經過一定時間可出現肉眼可見的凝集團塊，醫學稱為凝集反應，一般均以標準抗原測定免疫血清或患者血清中抗體的效價。
