產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn) Features

產(chǎn)品外殼為鋼板焊接而成，表面粉末靜電噴塑；
可根據(jù)用戶提供的電氣原理圖及主要技術(shù)參數(shù)選用相應(yīng)的防爆元件，設(shè)計(jì)配電柜的外形尺寸；
可根據(jù)用戶要求布置面板，有直接操作或開門后操作等形式；
本產(chǎn)品有多種方案具備多種功能，可由用戶根據(jù)實(shí)際情況定制，常見方案舉例：
① 多路動(dòng)力(照明)配電柜
配電柜通過將多個(gè)防爆斷路器或動(dòng)力(照明)配電箱及數(shù)個(gè)防爆接線箱組合，可在電壓380V，電流630A的三相交流50Hz配電系統(tǒng)中實(shí)現(xiàn)動(dòng)力、照明配電設(shè)備的電能轉(zhuǎn)換分配及控制。
② 多路電磁起動(dòng)配電柜
通過將多個(gè)防爆電磁起動(dòng)器或電磁起動(dòng)箱和防爆斷路器、操作柱和防爆接線箱等組合，可在電壓380V的三相交流50Hz的配電系統(tǒng)中實(shí)現(xiàn)動(dòng)力配送及電動(dòng)機(jī)的集中控制，支路zui大可達(dá)160A，可根據(jù)用戶要求實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)距離控制，并可根據(jù)要求加裝信號燈、電壓表、電流表等監(jiān)控裝置。
③ 多路降壓起動(dòng)配電柜
將防爆降壓起動(dòng)箱置于防護(hù)柜中，實(shí)現(xiàn)交流50Hz、電壓為380V、電路中容量為95KW及以下的三相鼠籠型電動(dòng)機(jī)的不頻繁降壓起動(dòng)，具有短路、缺相、過流堵轉(zhuǎn)等保護(hù)功能、可以手動(dòng)、自動(dòng)和遠(yuǎn)控多種方式來控制。
④ 計(jì)量、監(jiān)測控制配電柜
通過內(nèi)裝各種防爆電表或各種二次儀表，從而實(shí)現(xiàn)對電路中參數(shù)、壓力、溫度等各種物理量的計(jì)算和監(jiān)測。
⑤ 混合型配電柜
根據(jù)用戶要求，將相應(yīng)的防爆電器元件組合，從而滿足用戶現(xiàn)場需求。

Explosion-proof voltage-reduce starter is put in the box to unfrequently start the motors of 50Hz,95KW and below 3-phase squirrel-case.It hasthe
protections of short-circuit,phase-failure,overcurrent and motor-block.Being controlled mannually,automatically or remoy is available.
④ Meter-controlling,,inspect-controlling distribuion tank
Through inner explosion-proof meter or auxiliary instrument,the parameter,pressure,temperature of circuit can be measured and inspected.
⑤ Compexity type distribution tank
Combine appropriate applicanes to user′s requirement to meet the demands on sits.
