Melchiorre雙面研磨機(jī)ELC系列：The machines series “ELC” are designed for the double side fine grinding technology. ELC is the acronym of “Electronic-Logical Control”: the pressure, in fact, is applied electro-mechanically, through the movements of a ball screw controlled at close loop by a high precision load cell （± 1 DaN）. Once having optimized the basic technology, the following step is how to achieve the same results reducing the efforts.

The machines series “FP” （Full power） and “ELC plus” were born from the positive experience had with the traditional ELC configuration, adding a higher power and the consequent structure modifications.

Melchiorre單面研磨機(jī)Melchiorre single side machines have been designed to satisfy the customers’ requests for extremely precise and controlled lapping processes of flat surfaces.

Depending on the slurry, it is possible to lap whatever material present in the industry, like cast iron, steel, alluminium, brass, quartz, plastic, ceramic, etc.
