1、通入電源：把電箱內(nèi)空氣開關(guān)（本機(jī)總開關(guān)）合上，先檢查三相電源電壓是否正常，（用儀表或探電筆測試）關(guān)閉電相門，查看電相門板表面紅色電源指示燈是否亮起。
2、啟動(dòng)電機(jī)：把手動(dòng)換向閥手柄（付圖3）往下推至*底位（機(jī)體附有操作圖標(biāo)），然后把啟動(dòng)按鈕NO按下（圖5右下），（注：如裝有急停開關(guān)機(jī)型的請把急停開關(guān)按箭頭方向右旋，急停開關(guān)彈出即可），（圖5右上）如正常情況下電機(jī)啟動(dòng)。
