德國(guó)《DE LOCKE》洛克--進(jìn)口氣動(dòng)薄膜波紋管調(diào)節(jié)閥是一種頂導(dǎo)向結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)節(jié)閥，氣動(dòng)薄膜波紋管調(diào)節(jié)閥閥體結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，流體通道呈S流線型，壓降損失小，流量大，可調(diào)。上閥蓋采用波管紋密封結(jié)構(gòu)，可消除工藝介質(zhì)從閥桿運(yùn)動(dòng)間隙向外泄漏的可能性，適用于極毒、易燃易爆易揮發(fā)和稀有貴重金屬介質(zhì)的調(diào)節(jié)。另該閥也可用于真空的場(chǎng)合。這是波紋管密封閥的特點(diǎn)之一。由于波紋管元件本身變形性和的抗老化性，這種調(diào)節(jié)閥克服了填料密封閥通常存在的填料老化和溫差敏感等弱點(diǎn)。其次，采用波紋管—填料雙重密封結(jié)構(gòu)，性更好。因此，它在劇毒，強(qiáng)腐蝕性，放射性等稀有特殊介質(zhì)的自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)中得到應(yīng)用。閥芯導(dǎo)向面積大，抗振性好，調(diào)節(jié)閥的泄漏量符合ANSI 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。調(diào)節(jié)閥配用多彈簧薄膜執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)，其結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，輸出力大。
The pneumatic diaphragm bellows control valve imported from lockrock is a top guide structure control valve. The valve body structure of pneumatic diaphragm bellows control valve is compact, the fluid channel is s-streamline, the pressure drop loss is small, the flow rate is large, and the adjustable range is wide. The upper valve cover adopts corrugated pipe seal structure, which can completely eliminate the possibility of process medium leakage from the valve stem clearance. It is suitable for regulating extremely toxic, flammable, explosive, volatile and rare and precious metal media. In addition, the valve can also be used in vacuum applications. This is one of the remarkable features of bellows seal valve. Due to the deformability and outstanding aging resistance of bellows components, the regulator overcomes the weakness of stuffing seal valve such as aging and temperature sensitivity. Secondly, the double seal structure of bellows and packing is adopted, which has better safety and reliability. Therefore, it is widely used in the automatic control system of highly toxic, highly corrosive, radioactive and other rare special media. The valve core has large guide area and good vibration resistance. The leakage of the control valve meets the ANSI standard. 進(jìn)口氣動(dòng)薄膜波紋管調(diào)節(jié)閥特點(diǎn)：
1 幾乎能耐所有的介質(zhì)(包括濃硝酸和王水)的腐蝕。
2、密封性能好：采用波紋管和填料雙重密封，確保無(wú)外滲漏。
3、泄漏量小：由于閥芯、閥座采用軟密封，故泄漏量低。
4、配用LOCKE執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)，輸出力大、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊。
5、 氣動(dòng)薄膜直通雙座波紋管調(diào)節(jié)閥：閥內(nèi)有兩個(gè)閥座，具有流通能力大，不平衡力小等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
6、 閥桿上端為左旋螺紋，這樣在閥桿不能轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)的情況下，能通過(guò)連接螺母來(lái)調(diào)節(jié)行程。
7、 采用防轉(zhuǎn)結(jié)構(gòu)的波紋管組件與閥芯連接，可防止裝配過(guò)程中調(diào)節(jié)行程時(shí)產(chǎn)生的扭轉(zhuǎn)而損壞波紋管元件。
8、 氣動(dòng)薄膜直通單座波紋管調(diào)節(jié)閥：閥內(nèi)只有一個(gè)閥座，具有泄漏量小的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，但不平衡力較大，受氣動(dòng)薄膜執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)輸出力的限制，工作壓差不宜過(guò)高。
9、 具有雙重密封結(jié)構(gòu)：在上閥蓋上端設(shè)有聚四氟乙烯V型填料密封區(qū)，一旦波紋管組件失效，可作為道密封，增加了氣動(dòng)波紋管調(diào)節(jié)閥密封安全性。
