使用注意事項:
Special item to pay attention to when using:
■ 使用斯大導熱油作為熱載體的油、氣的熱載體鍋爐,系統應配備膨脹槽,儲油罐、安全組件,測量儀表和控制裝置。
■ 導熱油投入使用時,在開始運行階段,先啟動循環油泵,運行半小時后,再點火升溫,初次使用時應緩慢升溫,每小時升溫約
■ 在使用中應認真檢查,嚴防水、酸、堿及低沸點物漏入使用系統,系統應裝過濾裝置,防止各種雜物進入,保證油品純度。
■ 經使用半年后,應進行一次油品分析,長期使用后,若發現傳熱效果差,或其它異常情況,應對油品進行分析,根據分析結果決定添加或更換,判斷標準量:堿碳不大于1.5%,酸值不大于0.5mgK(OH)/g,燃點變化不小于20%,粘度變化不大于15%,其中一項超標應更換新油。
■ 為確保導熱油的正常使用壽命和導熱效果,嚴禁超溫使用。
