保存條件: Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

AKT1抗體-蛋白激酶B抗體產品介紹：The serine-threonine protein kinase encoded by the AKT1 gene is catalytically inactive in serum-starved primary and immortalized fibroblasts. AKT1 and the related AKT2 are activated by plaet-derived growth factor. The activation is rapid and specific, and it is abrogated by mutations in the pleckstrin homology domain of AKT1. It was shown that the activation occurs through phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase. In the developing nervous system AKT is a critical mediator of growth factor-induced neuronal survival. Survival factors can suppress apoptosis in a transcription-independent manner by activating the serine/threonine kinase AKT1, which then phosphorylates and inactivates components of the apoptotic machinery. Mutations in this gene have been associated with the Proteus syndrome. Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants have been found for this gene. 

合適的抗體稀釋度
抗體的濃度是免疫染色的關鍵，如果抗體濃度過高，抗體分子過多于抗原決定簇，可導致抗體結合減少，產生陰性結果。此陰性結果并不一定是缺少抗原，而是由于抗體過量，這種現象類似于凝集反應中的前帶效應（prozone effect）。因此，必須使用一系列稀釋做“棋盤式效價滴定”，檢測抗體的合適稀釋度，以得到zui大強度的特異性染色和zui弱的背景染色。抗體稀釋度應根據：1.抗體效價高，溶液中特異性抗體濃度越高，工作稀釋度越高；2.一般講，應用的抗體稀釋度越大，溫育時間越長；3.對于抗體與非特異性蛋白的結合，只有高稀釋度時才能防止其非特異性背景染色；4.稀釋用緩沖液的種類，標本的固定和處理過程等也可影響稀釋度，所以合適的稀釋度應根據具體情況測定。抗體的稀釋主要是指*抗體，因為*抗體中特異性抗體合適的濃度是關鍵，應用高稀釋度*抗體僅高親和力的特異性染色反應，減少或消除其中交叉抗體反應。
